It’s official!!! I have the best pancake recipe ever and I need to share it with EVERYONE!!!!
I’ve been cooking A LOT with turmeric in the last year, but never could I imagine turmeric making pancakes taste so darn amazing. Just the other day I had a mad craving for pancakes for breakfast, but we ran out of time with a rushed morning so we went with granola and coconut yogurt instead. When it came time for dinner I still wanted pancakes so with a little more time I decided to experiment with a new recipe. IT WAS BRILLIANT!!!
So here it is, I dare you to try and find one that compares…haha
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Total time: 15 mins
Makes: 12 mini pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp of Agave
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cup Oat flour
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- Coconut Milk yogurt to top it all off!
Directions:
- Blend it all together in a processor
- Spay pan with coconut oil cooking spray
- Let them bubble before flipping
- Serve with berries and coconut milk yogurt.
