Soul Sessions

I decided to up-level my mental, physical, and spiritual health game to new heights through the pandemic and it was the best decision ever. Already a very healthy person I knew with the times changing I too had to do some changing to adjust to the new frequencies of the world. 

I enrolled myself back to school and started a PhD program in Natural and Alternative Medicine in early 2021. I started to learn in depth about Quantum Healing on my journey to become a Quantum Doctor. I started to incorporate and understand the benefits of breath work, cold therapy, meditation, binaural beats, light therapy, sound therapy, auriculotherapy, float therapy, and infrared saunas. I added in the habit of only consuming alkaline mineral water, and started to journal out my gratitudes and desires daily. 

All of this with my upgraded supplement plan, our beautiful mineral pool, and healthy diet and I started to see immense changes in my life and the world around me. My stress levels disappeared, my autoimmune was under control, my sleep was better, moods amazing, businesses booming naturally, and over all my energy and frequency was at an ultimate high.

I couldn’t help but feel like everyone deserves to feel this good. Everyone deserves to feel the freedom from stress, anxiety, pain, inflammation, and over consumption whether it be food of negativity. Everyone deserves to feel this bliss, everyone should know and understand the benefits of all of these things so they can add them into their daily health routine.  

Guided Meditation

Enjoy three 22 minute meditations while you heal. These sessions include binaural beats as well as guided visualization.

Float Therapy Session

Meditate while you float in a warm outdoor mineral bath. Feel the deep healing from floating and soaking up the minerals and meditating all at once/

Infrared Sauna Mini Detox

Includes red light therapy, Himalayan salt detoxing and aromatherapy.

Guided Breathwork

Learn how to guide your breath to connect with your body and reduce stress.

Journal your Gratitude

A guided session of journaling to tune into your body and rate your sleep, stress, energy levels and alertness. This is is done so you can see how beautifully a bit of healing can change your everyday.

Sound Bowl Healing

A gentle sound bath to cleanse the soul and ground you. This is soothing and a beautiful way to calm the nervous system.

Healthy Snacks

Healthy snacks whether it is AM or PM. Please notify me of any allergies.

Cold Exposure Dip

Guided breathwork and cold exposure for those brave enough to jump under the outdoor shower and experience the bliss and healing.

In the event of nasty weather, the session will be cancelled.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED – however can be changed to any other dates listed on the site. Light showers don’t count, it’s quite healing to get washed and cleansed by the rain. 

I have experienced the magical soul sessions with Shelly in multiple settings - daytime, nighttime, with a group of close friends and then privately. I left each session feeling grounded, calm, connected and centred. Shelly takes you on a journey that all of us need, and perhaps don’t even know, until we actually experience it. I cannot imagine anyone leaving a soul session not feeling exponentially better than when they arrived. It truly is magical, and especially these days, is so needed.

I will say that I especially loved the private sessions. It included over an hour of guided meditation in the mineral bath and sauna, an invigorating cold plunge, acupressure ear gems, filtered water and teas and snacks and more.

This is an experience you do not want to miss. Treat yourself. Your body, mind and soul will thank you.
